Provide leadership and mentoring to Product Owners, Dev Team and other Scrum Masters. Assist in developing on-going training for large scale Scrum team.

Manage schedules and coordinate activities for Agile development projects. Interpret project requirements and facilitate discussion of project realization challenges with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. Develop project plans which will serve to reduce time to market while managing risks and meeting performance and cost specifications.

Interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality to develop and execute project plans.
